The Client Analyst role involves performing client data entry into the agency management system for updated applications, utilizing Indio for renewal and other processes, and issuing or overseeing the issuance of certificates of insurance and the renewal process. This position also includes issuing evidence of property insurance, automobile ID cards, and ordering change requests. The analyst will upload Insured’s Policies into EPIC, Passport and arrange for mailing if applicable. As per Client Manager instructions, they will handle transmittal memos, request loss runs, order WC claim status, and request experience modification worksheets. Additionally, the role requires updating proposal drafts, following up on cancellation and reinstatement notices, updating suspense and follow-up on Activities for second requests, attaching e-mails to Epic, checking and processing endorsements and audits, invoicing endorsements, audits, and other items, processing routine mail, and handling routine phone calls. The Client Analyst will also back up telephones when the Client Manager is unavailable and assist with special projects, word processing, and Excel tasks as instructed. Policy pre-checking and online rating and premium finance agreements are also part of the responsibilities.
