We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Advocate to join our growing team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to accurately translate verbal information into written documentation
- Strong prioritization and escalation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented and methodical manner
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Nice To Haves
- One year of intake or call center experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation preferred, but not required
- Experience with CRM or case management software preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound client calls and initiate outbound calls to potential clients through electronic systems and live transfers
- Use discretion and sound judgment when handling client inquiries and escalate viable cases to attorneys for review
- Accurately enter client and case information into CRM and case management systems while maintaining detailed records
- Communicate case-related information clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism while assisting potential clients
- Build rapport with a variety of client personalities to gather critical information and assess case viability
- Maintain detailed logs, task history, and organized documentation within the database
