We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Advocate to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to accurately translate verbal information into written documentation
  • Strong prioritization and escalation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a detail-oriented and methodical manner
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • One year of intake or call center experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation preferred, but not required
  • Experience with CRM or case management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound client calls and initiate outbound calls to potential clients through electronic systems and live transfers
  • Use discretion and sound judgment when handling client inquiries and escalate viable cases to attorneys for review
  • Accurately enter client and case information into CRM and case management systems while maintaining detailed records
  • Communicate case-related information clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism while assisting potential clients
  • Build rapport with a variety of client personalities to gather critical information and assess case viability
  • Maintain detailed logs, task history, and organized documentation within the database
