About The Position

The Administrative Support position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions, Business Development and Operations teams while routing all inquiries and guests to appropriate staff. Additionally, you’d work closely with the Admissions team to help facilitate a speedy and professional response to client’s needs, phone calls, inquiries, and other administrative needs. This is an outward facing role where professionalism, hospitality, and an excellence driven client service professional will succeed.

Requirements

  • High school education with college level training preferred
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role
  • High degree of organization, effective communication and exemplary customer service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors, guests and clients with a professional, pleasant and welcoming demeanor.
  • Gather, route and coordinate all incoming calls to the appropriate Admissions, Clinical or Business Development staff member.
  • Support in database maintenance, client registration process, cross checking referrals and communicating with appropriate parties.
  • Assist in conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, collecting and organizing the company’s mail and deliveries and more.
