Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent written communication and task follow-through
  • Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, including: New and renewal policy processing, Endorsements, audits, cancellations, and restatements
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS360)
  • Request and track information from carriers as needed
  • Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
  • Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables
  • Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues
  • Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
  • Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
  • Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies
