Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent written communication and task follow-through
Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members

Responsibilities

Assist Client Managers with processing insurance transactions
Process enrollment changes
Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system
Request and track information from carriers as needed
Assist with the development of the formal Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables including benefits summaries
Ensure updated client digital files
May support constructing benefits guides and wrap documents
Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies
Supports other special projects and duties as assigned
