About The Position

Alternatives Inc is hiring Client Advisors for their Passages & Alpha House facilities. This entry-level position offers paid training and is crucial for maintaining security functions and supporting residents in a 24/7 facility. The role involves assisting residents and vendors, performing security checks, acting as a role model, reporting information, documenting resident progress, and attending meetings. The security and operations teams are experienced and supportive, looking for individuals to contribute to smooth operations and bring innovative ideas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to pass federal drug testing.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Firm, fair, and consistent boundaries with residents.
• Ability to be empathetic.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work various shifts – we are a 24/7-hour facility with Days, Swings, and Over-Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents and vendors who are coming in or out of the facility.
• Security functions to include pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzers, and headcounts.
• Being role-models of acceptable and expected behavior for the residents.
• Reporting and regularly communicating information to other team members.
• Writing notes and IRs for residents; positively reinforcing good behavior.
• Attending meetings.
