Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a decent driving record.
  • Professional automotive advisor that is driven, wants to succeed, and progress in their career.
  • Ambitious, confident, outgoing, creative, skillful.
  • Able to leverage social media consistently.
  • Able to use creative mediums such as a video to create their message.
  • Business-minded.
  • Desiring meaningful work.

Responsibilities

  • Cheerfully greet customers.
  • Discover customer wants and needs.
  • Match customers to award-winning products.
  • Conduct test drives of the newest vehicles.
  • Present prices.
  • Ask for customer business.
  • Show customers how to use their new Hyundai.
  • Make phone calls, email, and text customers.
  • Market yourself.
  • Build and form customer relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings and training.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
