The Client Advisor supports the management team and collaborates with colleagues, consistently embodying and upholding the Maison’s values, image, and standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience delivering high-quality, client-facing service in fashion, accessories, customer service, or luxury hospitality
  • Passion for fashion culture with an interest in creating personalized looks and meaningful client connections
  • Business-minded and motivated to contribute to individual and store performance
  • Strong team spirit, professionalism, and commitment to achieving shared goals
  • Comfortable using digital tools and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client and after-sales service to all visitors and clients.
  • Act as a visible and trusted leader on the sales floor, supporting the Store Manager in the daily execution of the business and ensuring consistent operational and service excellence.
  • Drive team performance through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth across all client-facing roles.
  • Translate store priorities into clear, actionable direction for the team, ensuring alignment with qualitative standards, commercial objectives, and Dolce & Gabbana brand values.
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, client experience, visual merchandising execution, and operational processes to ensure seamless day-to-day performance.
  • Serve as the training ambassador, ensuring onboarding, product knowledge, selling standards, and service behaviors are consistently delivered and reinforced on the sales floor.
  • Actively contributes to building and sustaining a high-performance culture by addressing challenges proactively, supporting difficult conversations, and reinforcing expectations with consistency and fairness.
