About The Position

Purple Brand is seeking an energetic, style-driven Client Advisor to join our SoHo Flagship team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, driving individual sales performance, cultivating lasting client relationships, and serving as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the local community. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail experience, a passion for fashion and culture, strong clienteling skills, and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of one of the most influential brands in contemporary luxury.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury, contemporary, premium, or fashion-focused retail sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build, maintain, and grow a loyal client base.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, culture, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Results-driven with a high level of motivation, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Comfortable utilizing clienteling tools, CRM platforms, and digital communication channels to drive business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds when necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Shopify POS and retail technology platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Client Acquisition.
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience through personalized service, styling expertise, and relationship building.
  • Create meaningful connections with clients both in-store and through phone, text, email, and social outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust local and international client book, with a focus on long-term relationship building and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across denim, ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories while effectively communicating the craftsmanship, innovation, and storytelling behind the collection.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, representing the culture, energy, and values of PURPLE BRAND.
  • Maintain an elevated sales floor environment that reflects the standards of a luxury retail experience.
  • Support visual merchandising, floor moves, replenishment, and merchandising initiatives in partnership with store leadership.
  • Assist with shipment processing, inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and loss prevention standards are followed consistently.
  • Support packaging, gift wrapping, and client fulfillment requests with attention to detail.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-first environment.
  • Partner closely with store leadership and corporate teams to resolve client concerns and support business objectives.
  • Stay informed on product launches, seasonal collections, brand initiatives, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous growth.
