About The Position

The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who embodies the Moncler Client Promise and represents the Brand's values in every client interaction. Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury experiences by creating a welcoming environment, understanding client needs, cultivating long-term relationships, and achieving individual and store performance goals. This position regularly serves Mandarin-speaking clients and requires fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to provide an exceptional, personalized, and culturally relevant luxury client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
  • Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Additional language skills (such as Cantonese or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Dependable, punctual, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using retail technology, POS systems, clienteling applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and mobile communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clientele management.
  • Utilize bilingual communication skills to confidently support clients while delivering a seamless luxury experience.
  • Develop new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
  • Anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (ADT, UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, Conversion, and other business metrics).
  • Monitor personal performance and proactively adjust selling strategies to maximize results while exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Moncler collections, services, seasonal initiatives, and brand heritage.
  • Support the achievement of overall store sales and profitability objectives.
  • Follow all Company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, repairs, charge sends, holds, and after-sales requests.
  • Support inventory preparation, cycle counts, stock organization, and annual physical inventories as required.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects Moncler brand expectations.
  • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the day.
  • Uphold Moncler standards of grooming, professionalism, and behavior at all times.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work enviornment through collaborations, open communication, and mutual support.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset.
  • Protect confidential company and client information.
  • Perform additional responsibilities ad projects as assigned to support business needs.
