About The Position

We are hiring Client Advisors for our Passages & Alpha programs. This entry-level role provides comprehensive paid training, including a one-week orientation and a one-week specialized role training. The initial two weeks of training are from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, after which you will transition to your assigned schedule. The Client Advisor role is crucial for maintaining security functions and supporting residents within our 24/7 facility.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Ability to pass federal drug testing.
Ability to pass background check.
Valid driver's license.
Firm, fair, and consistent boundaries with residents.
Ability to be empathetic.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work various shifts (Days, Swings, and Over-Night shifts) as this is a 24/7 facility. Note: You will be hired for a specific shift, but flexibility can be required at times of great need.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents and vendors entering or exiting the facility.
Performing security functions such as pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzers, and headcounts.
Serving as a role model for residents, demonstrating acceptable and expected behavior.
Reporting and communicating information to team members.
Writing notes and Incident Reports (IRs) for residents, and positively reinforcing good behavior.
Attending meetings.
