About The Position

We are hiring Client Advisors for Passages. The starting wage is $16.00-$19.00/hour, based on experience and education, with an 8% night-shift differential. This is a full-time or part-time, non-exempt position, with the schedule to be discussed at the interview. We offer a one-week orientation followed by a one-week specialized training for the role, both from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. After training, you will move into your assigned schedule. The Client Advisor role is entry-level, and we provide completely paid training.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to pass federal drug testing.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Firm, fair, and consistent boundaries with residents.
  • Ability to be empathetic.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts – we are a 24/7-hour facility with Days, Swings, and Over-Night shifts.
  • Flexibility can be required at times of great need.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents and vendors who are coming in or out of the facility.
  • Security functions to include pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzers, and headcounts.
  • Being role-models of acceptable and expected behavior for the residents.
  • Reporting and regularly communicating information to other team members.
  • Writing notes and IRs for residents; positively reinforcing good behavior.
  • Attending meetings.
