About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capability to build lasting client relationships.
- Individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential are welcome.
- Must obtain state insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Athletic background is preferred.
