About The Position

Dolce & Gabbana is hiring a Client Advisor for its Orlando Vineland Outlet. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. It requires an understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports operational excellence and upholds the brand’s image and standards. The position represents Dolce & Gabbana’s heritage of Italian craftsmanship, innovation, and quality, as well as its commitment to sustainability through certified materials and responsible practices.

Requirements

At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear (RTW).

Responsibilities

Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team by providing, mentoring, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana’s history and heritage.
Prioritize clients’ interests, serve as a role model, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Use clientele tools proactively and manage time effectively to achieve individual and store goals and develop the business.
Monitor and update CRM information to build and retain relationships with current customers and identify potential clients.
Achieve sales goals and enhance and develop the business.
Source new clients using CRM tools.
Maintain and build productive, long-term relationships with loyal Dolce & Gabbana clients.
Oversee the organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Assist with merchandising and shop-floor maintenance.
