BMW of Bloomington is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants (Client Advisors) . Sign-On Incentive (Experienced Automotive Sales) Qualified candidates with prior automotive sales experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on incentive : $250 after 30 days $250 after 60 days $1,000 after 90 days All payouts are contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance. Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but NOT required
  • Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
  • Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with customers through phone, email, and CRM systems
  • Maintain product knowledge of BMW vehicles, features, and technology
  • Work with management and finance teams to finalize vehicle purchases
