About The Position

We are hiring Client Advisors for our Passages & Alpha programs. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided. The role requires maintaining firm, fair, and consistent boundaries with residents, empathy, and customer service skills. Flexibility to work various shifts (Days, Swings, and Over-Nights) is important as we operate 24/7, though you will be hired for a specific shift. The Client Advisor role involves assisting residents and vendors, performing security functions such as pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzers, and headcounts, acting as a role model for residents, reporting information to team members, writing notes and IRs, and attending meetings.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Ability to pass federal drug testing.
Ability to pass background check.
Valid driver's license.
Firm, fair, and consistent boundaries with residents.
Ability to be empathetic.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work various shifts – we are a 24/7-hour facility with Days, Swings, and Over-Night shifts.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents and vendors who are coming in or out of the facility.
Security functions to include pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzers, and headcounts.
Being role-models of acceptable and expected behavior for the residents.
Reporting and regularly communicating information to other team members.
Writing notes and IRs for residents; positively reinforcing good behavior.
Attending meetings.

PTO Accrual: Start accruing PTO from your first paycheck. Full-time (40-hour) employees with 0-2 years of employment accrue 4.65 hours per pay period, totaling 15 days a year. Increased Accrual with Tenure: Accrual rates increase at 3 years, 5 years, and every subsequent 5-year mark, up to 25+ years. Pro Rata Basis: Accrual rates for employees working 20-30 hours per week are on a pro rata basis.
Paid Holidays Full-Time Employees: Enjoy 11 paid holidays.
Paid Holidays Part-Time Employees: Employees working 20-30 hours per week also receive paid holidays on a pro rata basis.
