About The Position

In this role, you will work collaboratively with your team to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes through exceptional service and attentiveness. Responsibilities

  • Care for customers in the store and throughout the entire customer cycle.
  • Manage and execute omni channel services.
  • Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, attending to all details to provide a best-in-class client experience.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
  • Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory.
