Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Capability to build lasting client relationships.
- Obtain state insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development.
- Background from business development-oriented organizations (medical devices, education, logistics, solar, payroll services, tech business development, real estate, auto rental).
