About The Position

Marsh is seeking candidates for a Sr. Client Advisor role based in the Dallas, TX office. This position is part of Marsh's Multinational team, delivering expert broking and strategy solutions to manage risk for a diverse client base. The Sr. Client Advisor will understand clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide advice to complex clients. This role will also assist in identifying the need for new products, developing innovative solutions using analytics and data, and supporting new business development through RFP responses.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years industry experience
  • Multinational experience a must
  • P&C license a must, or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Independently oversees and manages a large and complex book of accounts.
  • Creates, develops, and delivers a strategic and customized strategy based on each client’s risk profile to drive the best results in a dynamic insurance marketplace.
  • Maintains a near complete understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to successfully serve clients.
  • Utilizes knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures to develop solutions for complex clients’ needs.
  • Executes renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
  • Presents to prospective clients, identifies the need for new products, develops/suggests innovative solutions to client and client team members to achieve growth.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, and ensures that their complex risk management needs are appropriately met.
  • Oversees the production of client deliverables to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients.
  • Engages in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrates expertise in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
  • Serves as a thought leader within the Company and maintains an in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
