Steve Padgetts Honda of Lake Murray is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to join our team in Irmo, SC. You will focus on identifying customer needs and offering tailored vehicle solutions to ensure a positive buying experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Perform thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles that fit customer preferences.
- Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to negotiate pricing and financing options effectively.
- Complete all necessary sales documentation and coordinate vehicle delivery processes.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.
