Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include meeting dealership sales goals, greeting customers and determining their vehicle needs, explaining features and demonstrating vehicle operation, suggesting optional equipment, computing and quoting sales prices, completing sales paperwork, arranging for delivery and registration, researching vehicle availability, engaging in business development, and addressing customer concerns. The role also requires maintaining customer satisfaction standards, maintaining an organized work area, participating in training, accurately recording work hours, following safety regulations, demonstrating core values, and complying with company policies and procedures.
