Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to meet and exceed customer expectations and build rapport.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with clients.
  • Ability to handle luxury items with care and precision, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment, is often required.
  • Understanding of current luxury market trends and customer preferences to provide relevant advice and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and brand heritage, to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively selling high-end merchandise and upselling complementary products.
  • Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on individual customer preferences and needs.
  • Ensure that product displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards, maintaining the luxury ambiance of the store.
  • Execute high-value transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Perform inventory tasks such as stock checks, reordering items, and organizing stock rooms to ensure product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, including coordinating private shopping appointments for VIP clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with discretion and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
