The Client Advisor I is responsible for relationship building, including preparing for customer interactions, building rapport, understanding customer financial goals, matching needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, explaining products, closing sales, asking for referrals, and responding promptly to customer needs. This role also involves embracing new technology, participating in community events, delivering presentations, and exhibiting strong work ethics and teamwork. The position requires active pursuit of NMLS registration status and building proficiencies in consumer deposit and lending products, as well as developing an understanding of small business products and processes. Additionally, the Client Advisor I will be proficient in outbound calling and identifying referral opportunities. Operations include opening and processing accounts, performing account maintenance, processing transactions, ensuring adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, dual control, security, and Business Continuity. The role involves balancing cash drawers, monitoring work for accuracy, and resolving customer objections. All associates are required to adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards and complete required training.
