The Client Account Representative (CAR) serves as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting the administration of client giving vehicles (e.g., DAFs, Trusts) and ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and reporting. This role contributes to client retention and operational consistency by delivering reliable, accurate service and maintaining high-quality client interactions both internally and externally. The use of minimal, controlled AI tools supports improved efficiency and responsiveness while preserving strong judgment, data integrity, and a client-centric experience. This position is a temporary assignment, designed to support business needs while providing an opportunity to build foundational knowledge, skills, and experience within Client Services & Operations.
