Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • UCaaS / CCaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets with either a New Business or Client Sales background.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track complex details.
  • Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite tools (Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Providing best-in-class account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while growing year-over-year revenue.
  • Serving as a consultant to the client, demonstrating the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings.
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for their book of business.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives.
  • Overall customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring our customers are consistently realizing the value of their account, driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad.
  • Owning the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers.
  • Working closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners to grow our existing customer base.
  • Creating an account plan for how you will achieve your quarterly goals.
  • Cultivating relationships with our customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans.
  • Working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serving as a Dialpad expert and becoming a trusted advisor and resource for your customers.
  • Identifying customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
  • Becoming an advocate for the customer back to Dialpad.
