The client account coordinator is to provide high-level operational support to all program employees. To assist the operations team with any client or Inizio Engage related needs and requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role with some client interaction/responsibility.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with a real focus on client and customer delivery.
  • Process excellence and ability to problem solve and be proactive.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Up to 25% travel, when required

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain all project related databases and rosters which includes maintaining team checklists.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of all project-specific activity reports (weekly, monthly, and annually) as directed by the line manager.
  • Liaise with the Program Training Manager to assist with the planning and scheduling of new hires’ onboarding.
  • Assist in the operations-based onboarding process for new hires – to include, but not limited to IT equipment, updating of rosters and liaising with other functions to ensure everything is prepared for the induction of the new hire.
  • Attendance at live client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other various commitments as appropriate.
  • Support the programs compliance function with administrative support.
  • Completes all required administrative tasks in a timely manner within the deadlines required for the program, and Inizio Engage. Some of these could include daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails, and time reporting.
  • Adhere to all and complete all company and client policies, procedures and training requirements as required.
  • Must protect patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Must be able to function autonomously to complete essential tasks with minimal direct supervision or oversight and use critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
  • Return and maintain all company equipment and materials according to company instructions.
