Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required.
  • At least five (5) years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
  • Experience using QuickBooks and/or similar cloud-based accounting software for/in a professional organization.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Not required to be a Certified Public Accountant.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communicate directly with clients on assigned items.
  • Ensure work is accurate, timely, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with teammates daily to stay aligned on priorities, flag issues early, and keep clients on track.
  • Provide hands-on accounting and bookkeeping support.
  • Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of clients.
