Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • 2 years of experience in a clerical role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed

Responsibilities

  • Receive and transact incoming materials and verify against paperwork
  • Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and labeling
  • Transact and handling of both domestic and international documentation
  • Participate in S7
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Research and correct errors
  • Accurately pick parts and components based on order requirements.
  • Pack shipments securely for carrier pickup, following aerospace packaging standards
  • Complete tasks by following established procedures
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner
  • Maintain organized storage and work areas
  • Perform visual and physical quality checks on parts and packaging
  • Report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
