Scans documents into the imaging system. Essential Duties include scanning both active and disposed paperwork and files, and filing documents after scanning. The role also involves assisting the public and other employees with records search, including microfilm search and making copies. Additionally, the clerk will assist with answering telephone calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the proper person according to office procedures. All other duties assigned within the general scope and ability level of the job are also expected.
