About The Position

This position helps in both Retail Pharmacy and Purchasing. For Retail Pharmacy, this position will be assisting with inventory management, cash register operation, customer service, stocking functions and cleaning to ensure the efficient operation of the department. In Purchasing, this position is responsible for stocking supplies across multiple departments within the hospital, clinic, and central storeroom. This role includes receiving and delivering packages, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as a backup courier for off-campus RHSHC locations such as Cresco Family Pharmacy South, George Willis Campus, Elma Clinic, LeRoy Clinic, and Lime Springs Clinic. The position requires frequent lifting of items over 50 lbs and basic computer proficiency.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions
• Able to utilize good judgment and initiative in daily work responsibilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good written and oral communication
• Must have neat appearance and pleasant personality
• Must be able to produce complete and accurate work
• Demonstrates a cooperative and friendly manner
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must have valid car insurance to meet requirements
• Frequent lifting of items over 50 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency
