About The Position

This is a part-time retail clerk position at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort. The role involves completing transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent guest service, and managing basic cashiering functions. The associate will be responsible for knowing and explaining daily events, promotions, and offers to guests. Additionally, the position requires ensuring stock levels are maintained, registers are managed properly, and the sales floor is kept clean and organized. Other tasks as needed may also be assigned. The job is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional outdoor work. The environment may include noise, smoke, and odors.

Requirements

• Excellent “Guest Service” skills.
• Basic cashiering functions.
• Knowledgeable of daily events, promotions, and offers.
• Capable of explaining programs to players in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to ensure all areas are stocked and straight before leaving at the end of the shift.
• Responsible for all functions of the register.
• Ability to clean and organize sales floor as needed.
