This position performs specialized clerical duties which may include but are not limited to answers, screens and routes telephone calls; records messages; performs other clerical duties such as filing, copying, etc.; greets and provides assistance to office visitors; receives and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail; and performs other related job duties; data entry including Case Management System (CMS) to distribute court dockets.
