About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The Clerk - Quality Control Clerk maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records. This role is crucial for accurately capturing inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity by entering warehouse data. The position also involves routing materials, preparing reports on operational status, updating stock records, and answering routine operational inquiries to provide support and clarity. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
