The Preparation Clerk Level 1 is responsible for verifying the receipt of necessary materials (Carrier and Ballistic), ensuring all details are correct before passing orders to the Assembly Department. This role involves inspecting received materials to ensure they are in excellent condition and that orders are prepared as indicated. The clerk will organize and maintain received orders according to the established system, verifying that materials match in color, type, and size as per the organization's stipulations. A key part of the role is confirming any uncertainties about materials with the Team Leader or Area Supervisor before proceeding with order preparation. The clerk will organize daily work orders based on color, adhering to work rules and any directives from leadership. Maintaining an organized ballistic and carrier area with proper control of received items is also crucial. Additionally, the Preparation Clerk Level 1 is responsible for printing necessary labels (shipping, commercial, etc.) and including required order components (plates, soft trauma, etc.). The role requires daily organization and cleaning of the work area, cooperation with team members to meet Pre-Assembly objectives, and adherence to the company's safety and quality standards. Performs other related tasks as required or assigned.
