Under general supervision of the Clerk of Court and their supervisor, an Administrative Assistant is a first level clerical worker engaged in the processing of Court matters with responsibility for entering, scanning, ordering, copying and filing different types of court documents and exhibits. Under occasional supervision, performs a variety of complex administrative, secretarial and clerical duties in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations; including answering the phone and directing calls to other offices. Provides assistance to department management, co-workers and the general public as required.
