About The Position

This role involves performing a variety of general clerical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program within the Outpatient Sports Medicine department at Ascension St John Medical Center. The position is full-time, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general clerical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program.
• Route written communications as appropriate.
• Communicate with others in person, telephone, and/or email.
• May receive and screen visitors and handle general inquiries.
• May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
