About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of stock and inventory as needed, maintaining storeroom inventory levels, and the timely removal of expired products. The Clerk Inventory will also investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues, maintain accurate tracking records, and minimize stock expiration by adhering to stock rotation guidelines and best practices. Additionally, this role requires engaging customers regularly to ensure good service, which involves a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
