About The Position

The Inventory Control Clerk I tracks inventory levels to ensure that all products are in stock and available for distribution in the warehouse. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 or more years work experience, preferably in the distribution industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate inventory levels and ensures that inventory is present and ready for use.
  • Works with internal teammates to ensure solid understanding of customer demands and needs.
  • Files claims when defective goods are discovered.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
