About The Position

Performs a high level of clerical tasks and contributes to the success of the department by providing accuracy, legibility and completeness in preparing records. You will report to the Department Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to use the computer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to operate office equipment including copy and facsimile machines
  • Appropriate and professional telephone skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • 2 years’ of directly related experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex clerical functions including receiving and classifying documents and information.
  • Maintain records or logs.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Manage files and records.
  • Use PC, calculator, and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving, and compiling information.
  • Compile reports using established formats and procedures.
  • Have knowledge of organization or department procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
