Requirements

Have a high school degree or GED equivalent
Have prior clerical experience and shipping/receiving/logistics experience
Have excellent computer skills; SAP a plus
Are highly organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Are able to meet physical demands required for the position (sit, stand, walk and climb; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment)

Responsibilities

Interact with drivers to check them in, answer questions, verify load status and seal trailers
Coordinate paperwork, answer phones and assist with pallet inventory
Effective communication and coordination with co-workers and other departments
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all security, quality and food safety policies and procedures are followed
