Clerical Support 3 will perform general office functions to support divisions, departments and/or areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Compose and prepare various forms, reports. memos and/or correspondence utilizing computer equipment; prepare, verify and maintain area daily tine and/or mileage reports; Post to records as needed. Maintain various databases, files, records and logs. Compute and calculate figures and/or costs. Monitor and process area work, customer calls and work requests. Provide information for requesting parties such as the status of work/projects. Develop and maintain working relationship with customers. Receive and direct customers and telephone calls, relay messages, and schedule supervisor and area meetings. Order and receive supplies; receive and distribute incoming/outgoing mail. Operate Division vehicle and various office equipment. Perform other duties as directed. THIS LIST OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE AND MAY BE SUPPLEMENTED AS NECESSARY.
