Clerical Support Staff: Greet clients/public, answer telephones, schedule & reschedule appointments. Verify demographic and financial information each visit and update any changes in the practice management system. Collect payments and inform patient of any remaining balances and give receipt of payment to client. Inform clinical staff of patient arrival. Complete daily deposits. Scan all information with accuracy into the electronic medical record and retrieve reports when requested. Must be knowledgeable of the other programs in the office to be of assistance in the event of an absence. Ability to work independently and as a team as well as demonstrate good communication skills. Assist clients both in the office and on the telephone with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Other duties as assigned.
