About The Position

This full-time role at the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Temple is responsible for ensuring temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately, and made available to worthy Church members. The Clerical Leader provides an environment where patrons have a positive and uplifting experience and maintains the temple at established standards. This position assists temple management in ensuring patrons are properly served and that all sacred ordinances are accurately accounted for and recorded, providing friendly, courteous service and ensuring ordinances are recorded according to proper temple procedures. Church employees find joy in using their talents to further the Lord’s work, whether developing technology or maintaining buildings. Requirements

• Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend.

Responsibilities

• Providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple.
• Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency.
• Assisting temple management to ensure that temple patrons are properly served and that all sacred ordinances are accurately accounted for and properly recorded.
• Ensuring that patrons coming to the temple receive friendly, courteous service and the ordinances they accomplish are recorded in accordance with proper temple procedures.
