About The Position

The Clerical Assistant / Video Content Specialist is responsible for producing AI-generated video content using Synthesia and providing administrative support. This role involves creating, editing, and publishing training videos, onboarding materials, and internal communications through the Synthesia platform, while maintaining records and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive digital content. The position requires proficiency with AI video creation tools, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage digital content production and general administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Complete knowledge of office procedures and computer literacy required.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or mailroom role preferred.
Business school preferred or related secretarial experience.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
Pass a comprehensive criminal background check that may include, but is not limited to, federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish AI-generated videos using the Synthesia platform, including avatar-based presentations, training modules, and internal communications.
Script and storyboard video content in collaboration with subject matter experts and department leads.
Manage the Synthesia workspace, including organizing video libraries, updating templates, and maintaining brand consistency across all productions.
Edit and refine video content for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Maintain records of video productions, supporting tracking, reporting, and follow-up as needed.
Ensure the secure and confidential handling of sensitive documents and digital content.
Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and document organization.
Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding video project status, deadlines, and content timelines.
Other duties as applicable/assigned.
