The Clerical Assistant will have strong verbal and communication skills along with good customer service skills. Is responsible for the efficient workflow of the receptionist area including receiving and responding to phone calls and mail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; including excel spreadsheets. Strong typing and editing skills of documents as requested. Comfortable accessing system EHR to assist with call triage and a positive patient experience.
