About The Position

To perform routine clerical tasks under immediate supervision.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
  • Less than 1 year experience in a clerical capacity.
  • Ability to file materials in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to operate photocopy, printers and fax machine.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, politely, accurately and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
  • Requires grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
  • Possesses simple mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality in regard to records, files, conversations or other sources of confidential information.
  • Organize, file and maintain departmental records, documents and correspondence.
  • May perform other clerical duties such as duplication and collation of written materials, assembly of booklets/reports, and stuffing and sealing envelopes.
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Assist secretarial and management staff in all other clerical duties as required.
