To provide administrative and customer service support to the Office of Student Records. Assist students, faculty and staff at the Front Counter with questions, forms and online resources. Answer Office of Student Records main phone lines; assisting with questions related to services, and forwarding to appropriate staff member as needed. Retrieve phone messages from main phone lines; return calls or forward to appropriate staff member. Assist students with accessing online resources at the computer stations, including myAccess, student e-mail, Blackboard, Inside COD Portal, and the college’s main website. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Assist with filing projects. Assist students with FERPA forms, academic program changes and making other information updates in the Student Information System. Other duties as assigned. SOME AFTERNOON AVAILIBILITY IS PREFERRED (12:00pm to 5:00pm)
