About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Clearing Foreman to lead right-of-way (ROW) clearing crews on pipeline projects throughout the region. This is a working foreman position where you will lead from the front, solve problems in the field, and take pride in running safe, efficient operations. You will lead daily right-of-way clearing operations, manage crew productivity, quality, and safety performance, and coordinate tree removal, brush clearing, mulching, and vegetation management activities. You will also plan daily work, ensure crews have the necessary resources, operate equipment and provide hands-on support when needed, communicate with various stakeholders, complete daily reports, and identify and resolve field issues.

Requirements

  • Experience leading land clearing, forestry, pipeline, utility, or heavy construction crews
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read plans, follow specifications, and maintain quality standards
  • Experience coordinating equipment, personnel, and schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR screenings

Responsibilities
