You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and deliver professional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and front-desk policies at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements.
  • Receive and route phone calls, deliveries, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional, courteous front-desk presence.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
  • Communicate observations, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
