About The Position

The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role involves completing scheduled cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, maintaining assigned work areas, following safety and company procedures, and supporting the shift lead and team. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed at any time with or without notice. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Compensation is $17.35–$18.35 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily and safely.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on business needs. Employees who drive as part of their duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform cleanroom duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule.
Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
Maintain the daily upkeep of assigned areas and keep the work area clean.
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and stop at-risk behavior by oneself or others.
Perform work assignments with other employees and complete repetitive tasks.
Follow protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules; take direction and respond to supervision.
Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers.
Fill in during staff shortages and support the shift lead in completing punch-list items.
Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
Understand customer service and satisfaction, reporting systems, and the work environment.
